Well there was this…
Spar Hawk went into the water June 13th. She looks so much smaller than before!
I’ve been busy on the sewing machine, dresses for Rosie, pants for Shep and birthday bunting…
Peonies in bloom!
Tim collected these pottery pieces on the bank behind the house and declared he would put the pot back together.
I was intrigued by these pieces and skeptical…
10 dollars in super glue later… tah dah!
Secret lagoons hidden in plain sight
You can’t tell, but I’m holding tight to the loop of her life vest. No man over board drills for us just yet.
Strawberry picking! Notice Tim is wearing Rosie in the sling. There is a special place in heaven for people who harvest anything with a baby tied to their body… Hot work but she LOVED the berries.
Tim has started the next project. The front porch has been crying to be replaced. Sorry Hostas and Rose Bush. Not sure what Owen has on the iPad that can’t wait… Pretty sure its not “How to safely demolish a porch with a 3 year old dot com”
Here we are at the parade in Brooklin on the fourth. I think this picture kind of sums up our life right now: wildly busy, coming and going, passing babies and baskets back and forth, forever asking “whats the dinner plan?” but too busy with summer fun to care that we don’t have one.
Happy summer to you. Hope this finds you well and soaking up sun and breeze somewhere, with or without a dinner plan.
